Prestin Ravid Architects is a residential architecture practice led by architect Eyal Ravid, focused on custom homes and complex residential projects across the South Bay and Peninsula.
The practice develops residential projects from early concept through construction, aligning design decisions with site conditions, structure, and regulatory requirements so work remains consistent from initial direction through execution.
Each project follows a clear progression from feasibility through design, approvals, and construction, maintaining continuity from first idea to built form.
The result is residential architecture that is resolved, buildable, and fully developed for construction.

Eyal Ravid, Architect & Founder
Eyal Ravid is a California licensed architect and founder of Prestin Ravid Architects, with experience across residential projects in California over the course of his practice.
He leads design from early feasibility through construction, shaping projects where design, structure, and construction are resolved together from the outset.
The practice is supported by a coordinated team of drafters, engineers, and consultants who contribute to documentation and execution, allowing projects to move from concept through construction with continuity.
Client Experience
We begin by understanding the goals of each project and the conditions that shape it. Early conversations focus on feasibility, scope, and constraints so direction is grounded before design progresses.
From there, we stay involved through design development, approvals, and construction to maintain alignment between intent and execution.

Outside of practice, Eyal enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, two sons, and their dog. He stays active through basketball and swimming, valuing the focus and balance that come with a healthy lifestyle. Earlier in his life, Eyal was also a jazz musician, playing saxophone and piano, an experience that continues to shape his appreciation for rhythm, craft, and creativity.

Katie is an inspired designer and drafter at Prestin Ravid. With a passion toward the outdoors and her family life, Katie brings that sense of joy to every aspect of her work and hobbies.

With a strong understanding of architecture and design, he curates visual and written content that clearly communicates the firm’s work and values.
